Annual. Similar in appearance to Delphiniums, Larkspur produce tall stately spikes of pastel coloured flowers on feathery foliage. Excellent border plant and cut flower. They like rich, moist soil but do not overwater. Also avoid wetting the foliage or blooms to reduce the risk of fungal disease. Like fun sun and may require staking in windy areas.
